July 20 (WTN) - Today we are going to talk about some health guidelines for a better lifestyle. We can’t deny the fact that we are not able to give appropriate time for our health because of our busy schedule. Today the lifestyle of the working class people has become so busy such that they do not have enough time to look after their health. Neither we have enough time for breakfast nor for the exercise.
But if we add some beneficial guidelines to our working lifestyle and start it regularly, then it would be very beneficial for our health.

Experts says that instead of using lift or an escalator, prefer stairs.
Try some body functions, such as bending and knee turning.
Get involved more and more in physical activities.
Bend up the knees around 15 times before going to bath in the morning.
Jump at least 15 times in the morning.
Include some peanut or peanut butter in breakfast.
Go for morning walk but walk faster than your usual speed.
Park your car at some distance from the office.
If the distance to your workplace is short then prefer walking or bicycle to reach there.
