Mamata Banerjee looks keen for 2019 Lok Sabha election
AUG 01 (WTN) - If anybody is seen to be the ‘unquiet person’ to defeat BJP and Narendra Modi in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, then the person is Trinamool Congress chief and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. After the report of NRC in Assam, the manner in which Mamta Banerjee's ‘rhetoric’ has surfaced, her intentions are clearly seen to be that she wants to combine any political party to defeat Narendra Modi in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections at ‘any cost’.
After the statement of BJP leaders on the issue of NRC, Mamta Banerjee appears to be ‘very angry’. Somewhere, due to NCR, there may be ‘eclipse’ on the politics of Mamta Banerjee, so Mamata Banerjee is on a three-day visit to Delhi to try to unite opposition parties. There is a program to meet many leaders of the opposition leaders including Sonia Gandhi. According to information received from the media, Mamta Banerjee will go to the home of Sonia Gandhi to invite her to attend her rally in Kolkata on January 19.
The BJP is not leaving any chance to ‘encircle’ Mamta Banerjee in West Bengal. In such a situation, Mamata Banerjee, seeking the BJP's "strategy", wants all the anti-BJP parties on ‘one stage'. To implement this plan, Mamata Banerjee will meet former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Earlier, Mamata Banerjee had met former union law minister Ram Jethmalani as well as the NCP chief Sharad Pawar, MP Supriya Sule, BJP leader Yashwant Sinha and Shatrughan Sinha, who had adopted the rebellion.
It is being said that Mamta Banerjee is trying to form the rally, to be held in Kolkata on January 19, as an ‘anti-BJP’ rally. Mamta Banerjee knows very well that if the opposition parties will contest differently in 2019 elections, it is difficult to defeat the BJP. Mamata Banerjee's is working on the strategy to stop 'polarization' of anti-BJP votes, so she wants that all the parties should come together to make a "big coalition".
From North to South, and from East to West, the BJP has won from the assembly elections to the Lok Sabha elections. But in West Bengal, the BJP has been putting its full strength to drop the 'strong fort' of the Trinamool Congress. Mamta Banerjee is fully aware of the BJP's attempt. So Mamta Banerjee does not want to take any risk for the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.
