LED display is more brighter than LCD
AUG 22 (WTN) - You must have heard about LCD and LED TV screen several times. But do you know? What are the differences between these two? If you do not know, then we describe you, what are the differences between these two.
LCD's full name is Liquid Crystal Display. The LCD television is thin and light than the cathode ray tube i.e. the ordinary TV. It uses light modulating properties of liquid crystal to allow screen light to stop or pass. Each of these crystals produces a small piece of the picture and together they make a very clear picture.
Crystal is usually called pixels. It also consumes less electricity compared to general screening. The red, green and blue colors are used in the LCD display.
LED TV is the only sophisticated form of LCD. But the picture quality in the LED is strong and its life is also high. The full name of the LED is the Light Emitting Diode screen. The difference between LED and LCD is that they LED gets lit from the light emitting diode rather than being produced with the fluorescent bulb as in LED. These diode bulbs are relatively smaller. But they are more capable of fluorescent bulbs.
This means that the LED screen is better than the LCD screen for the same quality pictures. LED consumes less energy. The LED display is much brighter and has a better contrast.
