Congress tactics of 'enclosing' BJP veterans

BJP may face difficulties, Congress prepares to 'surround' in 'house'

AUG 30 (WTN) - Both the BJP and the Congress are working on their 'strategy' for assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan is trying to make 'direct dialogue' with the people through 'Jan Aashirwad Yatra', while state Congress President Kamal Nath is now preparing to ‘surround’ the BJP veterans in their 'strategy'.

Political expert Kamal Nath has created a 'strategy' to encircle BJP veterans in their own 'stronghold'. One of the most experienced MPs of the Lok Sabha, Kamal Nath has drawn up a strategy to 'encircle' the foreign minister Sushma Swaraj, chief minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan and Madhya Pradesh finance minister Jayant Malaiya in their area.

First of all, Kamal Nath will address a public meeting on 2 September in Ganj Basoda tehsil of Vidisha district. Ganj Basoda is considered to be the stronghold of chief minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan. Since then, when he became a member of parliament in Ganj Basoda, he had a lot of politics since 1991. More recently, Dr. Rakesh Singh Jadon, who is called 'close' to Shivraj Singh Chauhan, has been appointed Vidisha district BJP president, who comes from Ganj Basoda.

Behind the meeting in Ganj Basoda, Kamal Nath may have the intention that he should directly approach the people and raise 'questions' on claims of development of chief minister Shivraj Singh. The current MLA of Ganj Basoda is Nishank Jain of the Congress; in this case, the preparation for the Kamal Nath's public meeting is on the way.

Rahul Gandhi will hold a public meeting in Vidisha on September 17 after Kamal Nath's public meeting in Ganj Basoda on September 2. Vidisha is said to be the 'stronghold' of chief minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan. In the 1991, 1996, 1998, 1999 and 2004 Lok Sabha elections, he won from Vidisha parliamentary seat. After this, Sushma Swaraj won in 2009 and 2014.

Vidisha seat is called the 'traditional seat' of BJP. The BJP has been winning from here since 1989. Kamal Nath is making a strategy to encircle both Sushma Swaraj and Shivraj Singh Chauhan, with the meeting of Rahul Gandhi here. Rahul Gandhi can surround the state and central government on the issue of development here. Because in a report a few days ago, Vidisha district was included in the 'most backward' districts of the country, after that, there was a lot of 'criticism' of the state government.

Kamal Nath will also hold a public meeting in Damoh after Vidisha. Damoh is considered as the 'stronghold' of finance minister Jayant Malaiya. In the last assembly elections, Jayant Malaiya could won by a 'low differences', in such a situation, Kamal Nath, trying to make 'atmosphere' in favor of the Congress for the assembly elections by directly negotiating with the people of Damoh.

This time Congress has planned to ‘encircle’ BJP veterans in their own fort, so that the veterans will be kept 'busy' in their ‘home’. In many other places after the Vidisha and Damoh, Congress is trying to 'surround' the leaders of the BJP. It has to be seen now how successful this strategy of Congress can be.

For 15 consecutive years, the BJP, which is in power in Madhya Pradesh, will face the ' anti incumbency’ wave, in such a situation, if the strategy of Congress encompassing the BJP veterans has worked, the 2018 assembly elections will not be less than the 'big challenge' for the BJP.
