After the amendment in the SC-ST act, the upper caste and backward class become 'angry' with the BJP

SEP 20 (WTN) - There is no good sign for the BJP in the coming days, as the low number of people gathered in the rally of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his parliamentary constituency, Varanasi, as well people get up and left the rally during PM speech. Not only this, in the meeting of Shivraj Singh Chauhan, who came to inaugurate the government medical college in Vidisha, more than half of the chairs were vacant and forcefully inviting the school children to increase the crowd, clearly indicating that the BJP is ‘upset’ with its ‘traditional vote bank’.

The BJP's traditional vote bank, general cast and OBC have become upset due to amendment in SC-ST act and the controversial statements by the BJP leaders. And the resentment of their displeasure is facing by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan. Not only this, the BJP has been shocked by the historic close down on 6th September and mega protest rally in Ujjain against the amendment in the SC-ST act.

Now that the BJP has come to realize that its traditional vote bank, upper caste and backward classes, have been receded, in such a scenario, the BJP is now looking toward the scheduled caste vote bank. In order to get the support of backward classes, the BJP had organized OBC get together at Satna, the party claimed that it would be able to inculcate the backward classes in its favor till the elections.

Now the party's stand is to get favor of the SC votes and for this, the party is now preparing for the Valmiki get together. Through the Valmiki get together, which is going to be held in Bhopal, BJP is trying to tempt the voters of the SC class.

In fact, the BJP is in a dilemma after amendment in the SC-ST act. If the party opposes this, then the SC class would be angry, and if party supports it then the upper caste and the backward class would be upset. The BJP knows that the anger of the upper caste and the backward classes in the election can be very heavy, because the votes of both of them will decide who will form the government.

Now the party knows that the upper caste community and the backward class are getting angry, so the party has planned to tempt the SC voters. For your information, let you know that in Madhya Pradesh, the SC voters have a population of about 18 percent. There are 35 seats reserved for the SC category in the state. Out of these 35 seats, BJP has 30, Congress 2 and BSP 3 seats at present.

At this time, there is a very serious situation before the BJP. The BJP can’t openly support any society. But the manner in which the upper castes and backward classes have opened up against the BJP, it is clear from the fact that the entire strategy of winning the BJP's 2018 assembly elections has been disturbed.

The upper castes and backward classes have been considered as the traditional vote bank of the BJP. Now, after the amendment in the SC-ST act, the BJP's traditional vote bank has been resented, and then it is necessary to see how much the BJP can succeed by playing bet on SC votes. Well, SC vote bank has never been with the BJP. It can be said that the BJP has written a script of defeat for the 2018 assembly elections by violating its traditional vote bank like upper caste society and backward class.
