Jio tops in the 4G download speed; Vodafone secures number one position in upload speed

APR 23 (WTN) – In the age of smart phones, there is more importance of the download and the upload speed of the mobile network companies. Which company gives the highest download speed that company has a large number of users. In mobile networking companies, active in India, there is the competition among them in providing the highest download speed. In this tough competition, in the month of March, reliance Jio secured the top position in term of giving the maximum high 4G download speed.

 

For your information, let you know that in the month of March the average 4G download speed of Jio was recorded 22.3 Mbpd, which was 20,9 Mbps in the month of February. According to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) facts, in the field of the average upload speed, Vodafone secured the top position. The upload speed of Vodafone was recorded 6.0 MBPS, which was the highest among all mobile network companies. In the month of February, the upload speed of Vodafone was recorded same 6.0 Mbps.



As the information received from the TRAI, the average download speed of Bharti Airtel was 9.3 Mbps in March, which was recorded 9.3Mbps in the month of February. For your information, let you know that this is the second consecutive month when the download speed of Airtel has decreased.



Now let’s discuses about Vodafone network, so its average 4G download speed has increased, and it reached to 7.0 Mbps in the month of March. Let you know that in the month of March, the 4G upload speed of Idea was recorded 5.5 Mbps and 3.6 Mbps was recorded for Airtel. The 4G upload speed of Jio was recorded 4.6Mbps in the month of March, whereas it was 4.5 Mbps in the month of February. 



Here, the average 4G upload speed of Idea and Airtel Network has been marginally down. In the month of March the 4G upload speed of Idea was recorded 5.5 Mbps and Airtel had 3.6 Mbps speed. In the month of March, Jio's 4G upload speed was 4.6 Mbps, while in the month of February this speed was 4.5 Mbps.



For your information, let you know that the average speed calculated by TRAI is done on the basis of data and these figures are collected on real-time basis with the help of TRI's My speed application. Vodafone and Idea are merged in the form of a company, and they are now working as a Vodafone-Idea company, but TRAI has shown the download and upload speed of both the networks separately.
