JULY 25 (WTN) - Nowadays almost everyone has a smart mobile phone in the modern Internet era. Many works have done through the smartphone without going anywhere nowadays. But it has been observed that due to the smartphone, many human habits have changed and deteriorating day by day. According to a study, the use of mobile phones has led to less use of the brain as well as being lazy, which is a cause for worry.

If you have a habit of checking your mobile phone repeatedly so be careful, because you are suffering from a disease. You would be surprised by reading whether your mobile phone repeatedly checking can be any disease, so what is the full case lets know. Actually, it has been observed that many people have a habit of checking the mobile phones repeatedly. It has been reported that many people are frightened whether their mobile battery has not been reduced, the network of the phone has not gone anywhere, and if the mobile is in mute mode then is there any call or message?

If for all these reasons you are also troubled, or you are nervous then be careful, because you are suffering from a disease. Actually, the habit of seeing mobile phones repeatedly is a kind of disease or phobia, which is called nomophobia. Let you know that Nomophobia means that no-mobile-phone-phobia.

For your information, let you know that according to a study done in the UK, 53 per cent of mobile phone users are those who when they do not have a mobile phone, they start having problems, where their mobile phone is? And is everything going well?  According to a study, it is found that nearly 60 per cent of the people check their mobile phones in the morning.

If you are worried or irritable due to your mobile phone, you have trouble of breathing, you are shivering, you get angry quickly, you do not feel like doing any work, or sudden heartbeat increases. So these are the symptom of nomophobia. All of these are the physical symptoms of nomophobia, this phobia also has some emotional symptoms; Like being nervous and going into depression, lack of self confidence, relying on someone and feeling yourself alone.

If you have a habit of checking the mobile phone repeatedly, then you have become a victim of nomophobia. Actually, this is not a disease; it is a kind of addiction, so that you can get rid of your will. If you are used to seeing frequent mobile phones, then turn off your mobile phone's notifications first. Uninstall unnecessary social media apps, or mute them. Keep a simple mobile phone instead of the smartphone so you can avoid many types of notifications. Try not to watch mobile again and again. If you are not able to do so, keep your mobile phone switched off.

Only a person can get rid of nomophobia with his will. Well, this phobia or say addiction is fast, but it seems a lot of time to get rid of it. If you have become a victim of this phobia, then we advise you to try to get rid of it as soon as possible, because if you do not free yourself from this phobia in the mean time, there may be serious mental consequences on your mind.
