The committee will include officials from the Ministry of Road Transport, Ministry of Steel and Environment and Ministry of Heavy Industries. Scrappage center will be built at many places in the country for the sale of old vehicles. According to the information, the Government will give incentives to build a scrappage center. Scrappage can be attributed to MSTC, a steel sector government company.
