DEC 18 (WTN) – As you know that Prime Minister Modi had taken a big step as demonetization against black money and introduced the GST for tax evasion. In this series, Prime Minister Modi is now going to make a big scheme related to property so that it will not be easy to sell the same property to many people by fraud. According to information received from the media, the central government has prepared a very special strategy to prevent fraud in the property. Under this special strategy, the registration documents of the property will be online.

In fact, according to the information received from the media, to prevent fraud of the property, the Modi Government will now digitize the registration of the old property for thirty years, after which the registration documents can be viewed online. In this, a portal will be created for all types of land records. On this online portal, anyone will be able to see who owns which property, and who has sold this property to whom and when.

As you know, property disputes are the highest in India. Murders are common in India due to property disputes. At the same time, millions of cases of property disputes are going on in the court, in such a situation, the precious time of the court delay due to settling the property disputes. At the same time, it has been seen many times that fraudsters sell the same property to many people, due to which a situation of the dispute is created.

In view of the increasing cases of property disputes and to deal with them, the Modi Government is going to create a new system. According to the information received from the media, an independent Grievance Redressal System will be created for the resolution of property disputes. Under this system, property-related disputes will be settled within a specified time frame.

For your information, let us tell you that Land Record Modernization Program (DILRMP) was started in the year 2008, under which states have started online registration of new land. According to the information, most of the states work under it. Let you know that it is being said that the Modi government's focus on property matters will be similar to Ease of Doing Business.

Not only this, it is being said that the government is preparing to bring a new law for property ownership. Under this law, it will be mandatory to link it to the Aadhaar number for the ownership of its fixed assets. The government claims that this will help in preventing fraud in the purchase of land and house, as well as it will also be able to know the anonymous property.

The government says that linking the property to Aadhaar is not mandatory but voluntary. At the same time, the government claims that whoever links his property with Aadhaar, if someone takes possession of his property, it will be the responsibility of the government to free the property from the possession or the government will compensate him. On the other hand, whoever has not linked his property with Aadhaar, the government will not be responsible for his property. That is if people want the government to guarantee their property, then they will have to link their property with Aadhaar.
