Coronavirus crisis to destroy the economies of many countries

APRIL 04 (WTN) - The Coronavirus epidemic has brought economic activity to a halt all over the world. Many countries of the world, including India, have a lockdown to avoid Coronavirus infection. Now, the economic activity in the whole world has been put to a break, the possibility of the economic downturn is once again being expressed. According to the IMF (International Monetary Fund), the Coronavirus epidemic has created a crisis situation for the world economy.

The IMF has issued a warning saying that this situation can be worse for the whole world than the global financial crisis in 2008. Concerned with the ban on economic activity, the IMF called it a 'dark time for humanity'. According to the IMF, countries with developed economies should help developing and poor countries in this hour of crisis. The IMF says that doing so is important for developed economies because doing so will also support the economies of developed countries.

The IMF has expressed concern that the economic crisis arising due to the Coronavirus crisis is quite different from the economic crisis caused by any other reason. According to the IMF, the economic recession caused by Coronavirus infection may prove worse than the financial crisis of 2008-09. Indeed, due to the Coronavirus crisis, imports and exports have stalled all over the world. In such a situation, the possible economic crisis can destroy the economies of many countries.

Here, the World Bank also believes that a global recession will begin in the wake of health problems from the COVID-19 epidemic. Now, the phase of a huge economic recession is about to begin, the IMF, along with the World Bank and the World Health Organization, is considering that some countries with large economies, including China, do not recover the loan from the poor countries at least a year. It is expected that China's stand on this matter will be positive.

As you are aware that due to Coronavirus infection, citizens of more than 200 countries are fighting for their survival.
