Adoption of regular lockdown routine may reduce the risk of heart attack
You can stay away from the danger of heart attack by adopting a balanced lifestyle
MAY 16 (WTN) - According to cardiologist Dr Swapnil Garde, doctor of People's Hospital, Bhanpur, "In a nationwide lockdown by COVID-19, where negative news is being received from all sides, there is good news that there is a huge decline in the cases of heart attack during this time of the lockdown.
Doctor Swapnil says in this subject, "During this time, most of all have adopted a balanced lifestyle. During the lockdown, most people are working from home as per convenience, so they get rest time along with work. In such a situation, people are relieved from the rush to office or shop, traffic jam, and tense meetings. This stress or panic affects the blood vessel and is the main cause of heart attack.
During the lockdown, the air pollution caused by vehicles and factories has decreased significantly. During this time, there has also been a huge reduction in the habit of smoking and drinking. At the same time, people's eating and drinking habits have also improved a lot. During the lockdown, people are getting homemade clean and healthy food, and the meal is being taken on time.
Health awareness has also been increased in people due to COVID-19. Most of the people have included yoga, exercise, and pranayama in their regular routine, which has improved blood circulation and reduced the risk of the heart attack. People's Hospital cardiologist Dr Swapnil Garde says that the Coronavirus is an epidemic, but there is no need to fear it. He says that maintain your mental balance and follow the rules of social distancing because prevention is the cure.
