Chip installed e-passport to be issued; Fraudness to be  stopped

JUNE 25 (WTN) - When the Rs 2,000 note came into the market after the historic demonitization in the year 2016, there was a rumor among the people that there was a chip installed in the Rs 2,000 note. And with the help of this chip of Rs 2,000 note, the government will be able to know about the geographical location of that note; it means where is that note? However, the matter of having a chip installed in the Rs 2,000 note was later given a mere rumor by the Central Government.

But imagine that if one of your documents is installed with a chip, then your document will be more secure than before. But as you know, fraud is often seen through passports. Many times criminals and people doing frauds were able to flee abroad through fake passports. But if there is a chip installed in the passport, it will be impossible to make a fake passport.

Yes, this is going to happen soon. In fact, the central government is now working towards making some necessary reforms in the passport to make the passport more secure than before. The government is working with the Indian Security Press, Nashik and the National Informatics Center for chip installed e-passports. It is believed that passport security will be better than before.

According to the External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, "Chip installed e-passport making process is being worked on in collaboration with Indian Security Press, Nashik and National Informatics Center. This will improve passport security even more." According to the External Affairs Minister, "Procurement process for the production of e-passport is going on".
