- Maintain a Balanced weight
One of the biggest hurdle in one’s life is not having proper weight and elderly age is the most sensitive where you should have proper maintained weight as extra weight leads to heart disease and less weight will turn your appetite down leading to stomach problems. One should keep their body fit following a proper diet chart with daily exercise.
- Prevent skin from cancer
As we become older our skin also gets dull and thinner with wrinkles and ageing spots. The skin become less elastic and if we get any cut our skin takes longer time to heal. At this age we need to be more protective with our skin and needs to save it from ultraviolet rays and sun to avoid skin cancer.-WTN
