Food Grains to be distributed without Aadhaar card to Beneficiaries in Annuppur district
Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that food grains at reasonable rates will be provided to the eligible beneficiaries of poor and weaker section without Aadhaar Card in district Anuppur. Stern action will be taken against the concerned officers if eligible beneficiaries do not get benefits of the welfare schemes. He was addressing the beneficiaries’ convention at gram panchayat Sarai of Anuppur district.
Chouhan said that persons born in the state and are without houses will be identified and pattas of land will be given to them. The state government will give assistance amount of Rs. One lakh 20 thousand to build the house. He further mentioned that 8 lakh houses in rural areas and 5 lakh houses in urban areas will be built by the state government in the next two years.
CM Chouhan warned the revenue officers that no apathy will be tolerated at any cost in distribution of land rights and residential pattas. Government employees performing excellently will be honoured and stringent action will be taken against those who exhibit negligence and apathy towards the welfare schemes. Chouhan issued instructions to the collector about termination of services with immediate effect of the secretary and employment assistant of gram panchayat Padwaar of Pushparajgarh block on complaints of the villagers. He also directed to suspend patwari Harish Singh of Dhada Halke. Moreover, he gave directives to the divisional commissioner that disciplinary action should be taken against the people creating problems in examining complaints of villagers.
Chouhan announced a special package for repair of Sarai-Benibari road on demand of the villagers. He assured that action will be taken against the concerned officers involved in the construction after conducting an enquiry of damaged road. He announced to open higher secondary school in Sarai, establishment of girls’ hostel and a sub health center.Chouhan laid foundation stone of storage tank costing Rs. One crore 97 lakh 42 thousand in village Badhitummi of Pushparajgarh tahsil.
Former MLA Sudama Singh Sendram also addressed the programme. Chairman Jila Panchayat Roopmati Singh and Chairman Baiga Development Authority Ramlal Baiga were present on the occasion.-WTN
