Archdiocese of Bhopal has condemned the killing of 16 people including four nuns of Missionaries of Charity in Yemen.

Bhopal : Archdiocese of Bhopal has condemned the killing of 16 people including four nuns of Missionaries of Charity in Yemen. Of the four nun, one nun was from M Anselm was from Jharkhand.

Sisters from Kolkata’s Missionaries of Charities were running old age home in Aden of Yaman. Terrorists, who were two to four in number,
barged the old age home and shot dead all sixteen people after handcuffing their hands. As many as 80 people were living in the old
age home.

Reacting on the incident, PRO of Bhopal Archdiocese, Father Maria Stefen requested Indian government to provide security to Indians
working abroad. He also censured the sabotage at Church situated in Kachna of Chhattisgarh. He demanded prompt action against the guilty.
