With helmet on, I feel like Doraemon

This policeman was spotted without the helmet at the Capital Petrol Pump, New Ashoka Garden on March 7 at around 12 noon. The government recently made it mandatory for two-vehicle riders to wear helmets and directed gas stations to provide fuel only to those using the helmet.
