The list of warm lemon water on an empty stomach seems to be endless. Its strong antibacterial, antiviral, and immune-boosting powers make it an ideal good morning drink. It is rich in calcium, magnesium, vitamin C, bioflavonoids, pectin, limonene, traces of iron and vitamin A, but more interesting it has more potassium than apples and is excellent as a blood purifier.
