Industries worth 400 crore to be set up in State

Bhopal: Industries worth Rs. 400 crore will be set up in Madhya Pradesh. Information was given in the meeting of Cabinet Committee on Investment Promotion held under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan here today.

Minister for Finance Jayant Malaiyya, Minister for Commerce and Industry Rajendra Shukla, Minister for Energy Shri Paras Jain, Minister for Agriculture Gourishankar Bisen, Minister of State for Micro, Small and Medium Industry Sanjay Pathak, Minister of State for Horticulture Suryaprakash Meena, Chief Secretary Antony De Sa and other senior officers were present in the meeting.

CM Chouhan said that all the necessary facilities in transparent manner will be provided to the investors. Information about establishment of food processing project with a cost of Rs. 242 crore by M/s Balaji Pvt. Ltd. at Bhainslaya- Sonvaya, Rau-Pithampur link road Indore and establishment of food park worth Rs. 150 crore 56 lakh by M/s Mega Avanti food park pvt. Ltd. at village Binjana, Dewas was given in the meeting. It is further informed that Micromax is also setting up a project in 10 acre land at Indore.-WTN
