Applications’ Attestation for Guest Lecturers of Government Colleges Started

Bhopal :Centralised online process for invitation of Guest Lecturers for the Government Colleges is being conducted by the web portal of Higher Education Department. Attestation procedure of applications of the registered applicants has been started. Detail instructions can be seen on the website www.highereducation.mp.gov.in.

Applicants can correct errors by September 10 till 5.00 p.m. It is mandatory for the applicants to get the original documents attested as mentioned in the applications from the leading college of the district. Only applicants having attested documents will be included in the allotment process. Moreover, it is compulsory for the applicants who got their documents attested earlier to get the attestation again.

Objections mentioned earlier on the documents of the applicants by the leading college of the district will be taken into account during the attestation. Government colleges have been directed to undertake attestation work on holidays also. First allotment list will be released on September 13. Remaining list will be released separately.

It may be mentioned that applications have been received from certain applicants that refutation of objections and attestation have not been done or seniorities could not be filled due to some reasons within the time limit. Hence, it has been decided to give an opportunity to these applicants for correction in the applications. Documents should be attested only by the leading college of the district for preparing final merit list of the eligible applicants for allotment.-WTN
