Taylor Hicks is lucky to be alive after his private plane crash
The American Idol winner Taylor Hicks has recently seen a death from so near. His plane crashed on October 26 when he was flying from Tennessee to Alabama. The singer told, "Im asleep in the copilot chair and I wake up to this muttering sound and I knew that the pilot was going to descend," he said. "And as soon as we descended to about 7,000 feet, two of the pistons blew, oil went everywhere and the engine stopped and the rotor blade stopped in midair." He further thanked to the pilot for his situation handling skills as for him he was safe just because of the pilot. WTN
