Strawberry Vodka Cosmopolitan

Ingredient:
1/4 cup vodka (2 oz)
6 tbsp strawberry puree
2 tbsp sugar
1 lime wedge
Ice cubes
2 tbsp simple syrup
1 tbsp lime juice
1 strawberry, cut in half
Method:
Sprinkle sugar on saucer or small plate. Rub rim of chilled martini glass with lime wedge to moisten; dip rim of glass in sugar.
In cocktail shaker with ice, shake vodka, strawberry puree, simple syrup and lime juice until blended. Pour into glass, straining out ice.
Garnish with strawberry.
