Ingredient:
1/2 cup cherry jam
2 tbsp packed brown sugar
1 tsp grated lime peel
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp ground ginger
Method:
In small bowl, beat all ingredients with whisk. Brush over ham the last 45 minutes of baking.
