Spiked Tropical Spritzer

Ingredient:
1 container (11.1 oz) coconut water (about 1 1/3 cups)
1/2 cup pineapple-infused vodka
2 tbsp (1 oz) fresh lemon juice
1 cup club soda
Method:
In pitcher, stir together coconut water, vodka and lemon juice.
Add club soda; stir very briefly. Pour into glasses. Serve immediately.
