Spiced Caramel-Banana Smoothies

Ingredient:
1 container (6 oz) Thick & Creamy crème caramel low-fat yogurt
1 ripe medium banana, cut into chunks
1 1/4 cups soymilk
1 tbsp caramel fat-free topping
1 1/2 cups crushed ice
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground cardamom
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground cloves
Method:
In blender or food processor, place ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
