Blender Eggnog
Ingredients :
- 2 cup - heavy cream
- Sugar
- ¼ tsp - nutmeg
- 2-4 - eggs
- 1 cup - brandy
Method:
- In a saucepan add cream, sugar, and nutmeg and cook on simmer flame.
- Beat eggs in a bowl for a minute. Then add hot cream mixture. Blend until frothy.
- Then add the brandy and blend to combine.
- Serve warm.
