Haiti Punch
Ingredients :
- 2 Pineapple, peeled and cubed
- 1 cups -Brandy
- 1 cup - Curacao - orange liqueur
- 3 –Orange, sliced
- 3 - Lemon, sliced
- 2 bottles White Wine - dry, sparkling
- Pineapple, Orange leaf
Method:
- In a bowl or pitcher put all peeled and diced fruits.
- Pour brandy and curacao. Cover and chill for several hours.
- To serve, pour into a glass and top with chilled sparkling wine.
- Decorate with a pineapple leaf and an orange twist.
