Ingredients :
  • 2 Pineapple, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cups  -Brandy
  • 1 cup - Curacao - orange liqueur
  • 3 –Orange, sliced
  • 3 - Lemon, sliced
  • 2 bottles White Wine - dry, sparkling
  • Pineapple, Orange leaf
  Method:
  • In a bowl or pitcher put all peeled and diced fruits.
  • Pour brandy and curacao. Cover and chill for several hours.
  • To serve, pour into a glass and top with chilled sparkling wine.
  • Decorate with a pineapple leaf and an orange twist.
