Ingredients:
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 2 cup – Water
  • Sugar- to taste
  • 1 tsp - Tea leaves, dark and strong
  • 1 - green cardamom, crushed
  • 2 - cloves
  • 1 inch - Cinnamon stick
  • ½ inch - Ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp -Saunf (fennel seeds)
  Method:
  • In saucepan boil water – add the tea leaves, elaichi, Cinnamon stick,ginger, cloves and saunf and boil on low flame for 5 minutes.
  • Add the milk, boil again for 2 more minutes, strain into cups.
  • Serve.
