Masalewali Chai
Ingredients:
- 1 cup - Milk
- 2 cup – Water
- Sugar- to taste
- 1 tsp - Tea leaves, dark and strong
- 1 - green cardamom, crushed
- 2 - cloves
- 1 inch - Cinnamon stick
- ½ inch - Ginger, finely chopped
- 1 tsp -Saunf (fennel seeds)
Method:
- In saucepan boil water – add the tea leaves, elaichi, Cinnamon stick,ginger, cloves and saunf and boil on low flame for 5 minutes.
- Add the milk, boil again for 2 more minutes, strain into cups.
- Serve.
