Apple and Date Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 cups – apple , chopped
- 8 -10 - black dates (kala khajur) , deseeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup - fresh curds
- 1/2 cup - milk
- 2 tbsp - Honey
- 1/2 cup ice-cubes (optional)
- 1/2 tsp - green cardamom powder
Method:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour in a glass and serve!!!
