Ingredients:
60 ml fresh carrot juice
30 ml fresh celery juice
60 ml fresh broccoli juice
Handful ripe cherry tomatoes
Splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 shallot
Salt and pepper to taste
1-2 teaspoon honey (optional)
Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
Pour through a fine strainer into a glass using the black of a spoon to help it on its way through the sieve
Garnish with green cherry tomatoes and serve
