How to make a perfect Sugar Syrup

Sugar Syrup is a very handy Ingredient used in many drinks. you can make it with sugar and water ratio of 2:1, but ratio can be slightly different which suit your taste buds.
As traditional Sugar Syrup of sugar and water, you might use little brown gugar in it also for recipes where you think a little extra richness might be nice.
Makes about 250 ml
Ingrediants
250 ml water
200 gm white sugar
Preparation
in a pot heat the water gently until it warms enough for dissolving sugar.
Mix sugar in it, stirring well until it completely dissolved. Do not bring water to boil, as it affect the viscosity of the syrup.
Let the syrup cool and tranfer to a bottle. Use immidiately or store in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
