Ingredients

2 Kiwis
15 ml fresh lemon juice
2 pinches of roasted cumin seeds
2 pinches of black salt
10 mint leaves
Sugar to taste
Ginger, peeled and sliced to taste
1 tsp chaat masala powder
Ice for serving
Kiwi slices for garnish
 
Preparation

Pierce the kiwis with a toothpick and heat in the microwave or oven for a couple of minutes, until tender
When kiwis are cooked through remove peel and transfer to a blender
Add the water lemon juice, cumin seeds, black salt, mint leaves, sugar, ginger and chaat masala and blend until smooth
Pour into glass filled with ice
Garnish with kiwi slices and serve
