Champagne Romanov Fizz

Ingredient:
2 ice cubes
8-10 ripe strawberries, hulled
4measures orange juice
4measures champagne
Strawberry slice, to decorate
Mint sprig, to decorate
Method:
Put 1 ice into a blender or food processor with the strawberries and orange juice and blend until smooth. Put the other ice cube into a tall glass and add the strawberry liquid. Top up with the champagne. Stir briskly and serve immediately.
