Ingredient:
4-5 ice cubes
juice of 1 lime
3 measures vodka sugar cube
3 drops Angostura bitters
Champagne,
to top up
Method:
Put the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. pour the lime juice and vodka over the ice and shake until a frost forms. drop a sugar cube into a glass and shake the bitters over it. strain the contents of the shaker ingo the glass and top up with champagne.
