Ingredient:
Ice cubes
1 ¼ measures tequila
¾ measure crème de cassis
¾ measure fresh lime juice
2 dashes Peychaud bitters
3 ½ measures dry ginger ale
Lime slice, to decorate
Method:
Put some ice cubes into a cocktail shaker with the tequila, crème de cassis, lime juice, and bitters and shake vigorously. Pour into a large sling glass, then top up with dry ginger ale. Decorate with a lime slice.
