Bourbon Peach Smash

Ingredients:
5-6 mint leaves
3-4 peach slices
3 lemon slices
2 tsp superfine sugar
2 measures bourbon whiskey
Ice cubes, crushed ice to serve
Mint spring, to decorate
Preparation:
Muddle the mint leaves, peach slice, 3 lemon slices, and sugar in a cocktail shaker.
Add the bourbon and some ice cubes and shake well.
Strain over crushed ice in an old-fashioned glass.
Decorate with a mint spring and the extra lemon slice and serve.
