Ingredient:
Ice cubes
5 cups brandy
5 cups sherry
2/3 cups Maraschino liqueur
2/3 cups orange Curacao
5 quarts chilled Champagne
2 ½ quarts sparkling mineral water
Fruit in season, to decorate
Mint sprigs, to decorate
Method:
Put plenty of ice cubes into a large punch bowl with all the other ingredients and stir gently. Decorate with fruit and mint sprigs. Keep the punch bowl packed with ice. Serves
