Bourbon Peach Smash

Ingredient:
6 mint leaves
3 peach slices
3 lemon slices, plus 1 extra to decorate
2 tsp superfine sugar
2 measures bourbon whiskey
Ice cubes, plus crushed ice to serve
Mint spring, to decorate
Method:
Muddle the mint leaves, peach slice, 3 lemon slices, and sugar in a cocktail shaker.
Add the bourbon and some ice cubes and shake well. Strain over crushed ice in an old-fashioned glass.
Decorate with a mint spring and the extra lemon slice and serve with short straws.
