Egg Nog

Ingredient:
Ice cubes
1 egg
1 tbsp sugar syrup
2 measure rum
6 measures milk
Grated nutmeg, to decorate
Method:
Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add the egg, sugar syrup, rum, and milk and shake well for about 1 minute. Strain into a tumbler and sprinkle with a little grated nutmeg.
