Brandy Fix

Ingredients:
1 tsp confectioners’ sugar
1 tsp water
1 measure brandy
½ measure cherry brandy
Juice of ½ lemon
Crushed ice
Lemon to decorate
Method:
Dissolve the sugar in the water in a mixing glass, then add the brandy, cherry brandy, and lemon juice. Stir to mix.
Pour into a brandy glass or small tumble. Fill the glass with crushed ice, float a lemon top and serve with a straw.
