Vieux Carré Cocktail

Ingredient:
1 oz rye whiskey (Wild Turkey 101, Rittenhouse 100)
1 oz Cognac (Remy-Martin VSOP)
1 oz sweet vermouth (M&R Rosso, Dolin)
1 barspoon Bénédictine
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Method:
Stir all ingredients with ice until cold. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or over ice in a rocks glass. Express and garnish with lemon twist.
