Strawberry Cream Soda Italian

Ingredient:
1 ounce of heavy spiked whipping cream
4 ounces of tonic water or soda water
splash of strawberry syrup
ice
1 ounce of vodka
Method:
In a tall glass filled with ice, pour in the tonic water, syrup and vodka, and then gently stir the ingredients.
Next, top the drink with homemade heavy whipping cream for added spiked sweetness and texture. Garnish with a strawberry and serve.
To make the spiked whipped cream, simply beat heavy whipping cream in a chilled bowl with a hand mixer.
Once soft peaks have formed, pour a shot of whipped cream vodka into the cream and beat again for a minute - don't over whip!
