The Payback Cocktail

Ingredient:
1/2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
1/4 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce lemon juice
2 tsp honey or agave syrup
1 ounce triple sec
2 ounces silver tequila
Kiwi slices (garnish)
Jalapeño slices (garnish)
Method:
Add sliced kiwi fruit and jalapeno slices to a cocktail shaker and muddle to extract the juices.
Pour in citrus juices, triple sec, tequila, and sweetener.
Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
Add ice to a rocks glass and garnish with kiwi slices and jalapenos.
Strain drink into rocks glass. Enjoy!
