Tequila sunrise

Ingredients:
handful ice
50ml/2fl oz tequila
100ml/3½fl oz freshly squeezed orange juice
5ml/1 tsp grenadine
orange wedge, to garnish (optional)
Recipe tips
Method:
Fill a collins glass with ice. Pour the tequila over the ice and then top with the freshly squeezed orange juice.
Add the grenadine and allow it to sink to the bottom of the glass to create a layered effect. Garnish with the orange wedge if using.
