Lemon Cocktail Gin

Ingredient:
3 1/2 oz vodka or gin
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz ginger simple syrup
Large crystal sugar for rim of glass if desired
Ice
Method:
If sugaring martini glass, dip rim in water. Shake off excess and dip in large crystal sugar.
Pour vodka or gin, lemon juice, and ginger simple syrup into an ice filled mixing glass. Stir well.
Strain into martini glass.
Serve.
