Pineapple Juice Mimosas with Strawberries

Ingredinet:
1 can (12 oz) frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
1 can (6 oz) frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
2 cups water
Champagne, prosecco, sparkling water or juice
Cascadian Farm frozen organic strawberries, for serving
Method:
Combine pineapple juice concentrate, limeade concentrate, and water. Stir well and chill.
To serve, pop a frozen strawberry or two into each glass. Add about 1/4 cup of the mixture to each glass and top with champagne, sparkling cider or bubbly water.
