White Vodka Russian Float

Ingredient:
1 1/2 cup good vanilla ice cream
3 1/2 oz vodka
3 1/2 oz half-and-half
3 oz Kahlúa
Mint for garnish
Method:
Add vodka and half-and-half to a cocktail shaker and shake well with lots of ice for about 10 seconds.
Add a big scoop, about 1/2 cup, of vanilla ice cream to a small cocktail glass.
Strain cocktail over ice cream.
Pour Kahlua over top of the float.
Garnish with mint and serve immediately!
