Bourbon Mint Julep

Ingredient:
6-8 fresh mint leaves
1 tsp sugar
3 oz bourbon
4-5 oz ginger beer
Fresh mint, garnish
Method:
In a cocktail shaker, lightly muddle together mint and sugar. Top with bourbon and shake with ice.
Strain into a julep glass and fill with ice and ginger beer. Garnish with fresh mint.
