Count Chocula Russian Cocktails

Ingredient:
Count Chocula White Russian
1 cup Count Chocula cereal
1-1/2 cups milk
Cereal Sugar
2/3 cup Count Chocula cereal
1/3 cup sugar
Cereal Milk
2 oz vodka
1 oz Kahlúa
3 to 4 oz cereal milk (from above)
Cereal sugar, for rim (from above)
Method:
For the cereal milk: Stir together milk and cereal. Let sit for 10 minutes. Then blend mixture in a blender until smooth.
For the cereal sugar: Combine cereal and sugar in a small food processor and process until it’s an even texture. Some chunks are fine!
To make the cocktails: Chill a cocktail glass. Combine vodka, Kahlua
, and cereal milk in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously.
Dip cocktail glass rims in cereal milk and then dip in cereal sugar to coat rim. Strain chilled cocktail mixture into prepared glasses and enjoy!
