Dragonfruit Rum Cocktail

Ingredient:
1/4 cup orange juice fresh squeezed or store bought
1 dragon fruit
1 tbsp honey
6 ounce rum
Method:
Cut dragonfruit in half and scoop out the edible insides.
In a blender, blend until smooth the dragonfruit, orange juice, and honey.
Fill a shaker and 4 glasses with ice. Use a 1.5 oz shot glass to measure 1 part rum and 3 parts of the dragonfruit puree per cocktail. Shake well and pour over ice.
