Bhopal: Newly appointed Commissioner of Public Relations, P. Narhari took charge at Directorate of Public Relations today. The outgoing Commissioner Public Relations Anupam Rajan while welcoming the newly appointed Commissioner handed over the charge to P. Narhari.
